Dear Customer,
Thank you for your recent inquiry on our website. We offer the world’s best dog tub! Our tubs are guaranteed for 10 years and they will handle the biggest dog you have. We have seen the self-service dog wash industry explode in the past few years. It seems every town is getting one; unfortunately it is so popular that we are now seeing two and three pop up in the larger cities. We have found the shops that do the best and thrive are the easiest to use and have outclassed the others.
I have seen too many shops use old fashion bath tubs that “look” cute, but customers eventually complain that it is unsafe to lift the dog over the lip of the tub. When another shop sets up with easy entry tubs, the customers leave the first shop! I have also seen shops with the stainless steel side entry tubs. The complaints about the steel being cold and slippery have been somewhat overcome by putting down a rubber mat, unfortunately soap and hair get caught in these mats and the time to clean them is several minutes to ½ hour! If you don’t clean them thoroughly then the customers complain that the shop is dirty all the time. The biggest complaint is that you have to turn the dog around to really wash both sides. These tubs are not the easiest to use for the consumer. I have also heard the complaint that the spray will bounce off the walls and hit the customer, which is not a pleasant experience. Lastly, when I visit these shops and I tell the owners about my tubs and the price – they wish they had known me before they set up! These owners paid DOUBLE the cost of my tubs!
Our tubs are made of fiberglass with a gel coat that looks like granite. These tubs look like hot tubs, which is classy look for a dog shop. The rear entry is very easy to use and the customer can get to both sides of the dog. We put a bumpy surface right into the bottom of the tub so no mat is needed for slippage. The clean up time is just a few minutes to spray the tub down and mist on a disinfectant. Our customers have been returning for years and because we outclassed the competition, with a shop that looks clean and expensive and is easy to use – we have not seen another shop in our town for 8 years!
Our basic white tub is $899*, and or granite coat color tubs cost $1099* (in stock colors). We offer a plumbing package (drain, hair strainer, spray nozzle and hose) for $125*. Shipping in the continental US is $175*. It takes 4 - 5 weeks to make the tubs so order early. Approximate outside dimensions: 60” long x 30” wide x 19” high.

This golden retriever is 85 lbs and fits easily into our K9 Spa tub – without having to strain to get to him!
This shows our very popular Ocean Blue Granite tub. The white base & stairs (or ramp) is built from 2x4’s and plywood. I can send you easy directions on how to build this tub frame for about using only a screw driver (cost of the lumber was about $125 and the hardware store did all the cutting for us)! I suggest the height of the tub (top most point where you rest your elbows) is about 37” to 42” from the floor. If you are installing several tubs, make each tub at a different height – your customers will thank you and return with happy backs month after month! If your competition has the stainless steel tubs, their customers will also be enjoying your shop, as they will quickly find that resting their elbows on the side of the tub is much easier on their backs than standing straight up or leaning into the tub! Plus they don’t have to turn the dog around to wash both sides. Happy customers and happy dogs are the key to your success!

Notice in this picture how easy it is to reach this dog. Some tubs on the market are too wide and getting to the dog is almost a 2 foot stretch if they lean away from you. You won’t have happy customers if they spend their wash time reaching for their dog and the next day have an aching back!
One shop we visited used our tubs, but built them all to the height of a competitors tub. They had a beautiful shop, friendly staff and great prices, but in the end I don’t think this customer below will be returning to wash his dog every month. We always suggest you make your tubs at different heights to accommodate all sizes of customers!
We encourage every new dog wash owner to try several shops for them selves and you’ll quickly see the value of a tub that is the correct width for the dog and correct height for the customer.

Our customers did thank us for saving their backs
and our competition never stood a chance!
Every time a reporter did a story on the “New Dog Wash” the first thing I said is that “our tubs are comfortable for our customers”. In a very short time everyone expected to use a comfortable tub when washing the dog! When the competition came in with uncomfortable tubs, they never made it very long and we enjoyed many years of happy customers.
